NOTICE

At LUV LABEL we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.

Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for processing to begin. orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. Custom orders will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

LUV LABEL is not responsible for any lost or return packages that have not been insured.

RETURN POLICY

LUV LABEL will accept returning items for store credit only. All exchanges must be initiated within five days of delivery. All exchanged must be initiated here.

LUV LABEL does not cover any return shipping costs. the return cost shall be made at your own expense.

No returns, exchanges or store credit for customs.

All exchanges must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on.)

We reserve the right to reject any exchange that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or route shipping insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.

Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

All swim items are final sale - No returns/exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Because of covid-19 you might experience delays with your order, please contact us by email if you haven't received shipping details after 20 days of placing your order.

IN-STORE PICKUP/LOCAL DELIVERY

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in DTLA (contact for details). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following places: Europe.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including vat), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [your company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 to 14 days for the tracking information to become available.
